For all HONEYBLOWOUT products ship within 24 hours. All accessories, hair bundles & other products will be shipped will be shipped within 2 days and may take up to 2 weeks to reach your doorstep.

All HONEYBLOWOUT hair product sales are final. Instead of returning items such as tools, accessories and hair you can contact us for a full refund within 3 days. Then, if possible you can donate the item to charity or recycle it.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. You may also cancel your order if you do not receive the order within the time frame that was specified in your product description. If you've received the order before your cancellation request was processed, you must return the item to receive your refund. Please see our return policy for return address.

Please contact us and we'll ship you a return slip & send your correct order. You may also notify us if you would simply like a refund at that point.

We do not offer exchanges. However if you didn't get the product you expected simply let us know and we'll get you a new one.
